Chinese people living in the Republic of China (island of Taiwan) and in the city of Hong Kong have told me that people are not allowed to pray or go to church in mainland China. Sometimes Western media outlets also try to spread similar misinformation. Let's go and actually check out Catholic church on Christmas day.
