The 2016 ‘October Surprise’…a brief codicil

Comey has closed down the investigation to a relieved chorus of “its dealt with” from the HRC camp. Well I’m inclined to agree with Trump – you can’t review 650,000 emails in eight days. Not when it took twelve months to review the initial 33,000 emails. Maths isn’t my strong point but at 5secs an email, it would take 37 days just to read them. So the FBI team (of 650,000 I presume) have just put in a mammoth red-eye shift to review; collate; cross-reference; chase down leads and report – and this has all been entered into a central database which has come up with nothing – not even a parking violation? In one of the most overcriminalised societies on the planet – where you can’t even leave your house without committing a misdemeanour? So who oversaw this remarkable feat of social engineering – sorry criminal investigation? Deputy …
